Using the experience of Aertecnica Croci srl, which has been on the market for more than 40 years, Croci Engineering operates in the sector of the in-line recovery of plastic film trimmings and waste, developing solutions for all those applications and systems where it is most difficult to recover and reuse waste material due to lack of space.
In this field, Croci Engineering has developed a project for the realisation and installation of trimming suction systems using a Venturi System, with the precise aim of reducing bulk.

Combined with trimming suction systems with a Venturi system we make a compacting machine that is able to receive the sucked up trimmings and transform them into “loaves” with a much smaller volume, offering various advantages:
• Reduction of space
• Reduction of storage costs
• Lower transport costs
• Reduction of labour costs

The types of systems on which a Venturi system can be installed are the following:

- Blown Film Lines;
- Slitting rewinders;
- Flexographic printing machines;
- Paper converting lines;
- Machines in the paper and cardboard processing sector;

Combined with the Venturi trimmed suction systems we realize a compacting machine able to receive the aspirated trimmings and transform them into "loaves" of enormously reduced volume with evident advantages:
